Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum.
UK Mainland orders up to £24.99 = £1.95
UK Mainland orders £25 to £99.99 = £3.95
UK Mainland orders £100 and over free
Europe Mainland - varies depending upon weight
Rest of world - please call for costing
We aim to dispatch in stock goods ordered before 4pm the same working day via 1st class Royal Mail. Larger orders may be dispatched via courier.We attempt to hold all products in stock but demand and variety is such that we occasionally run out of popular items. If there is going to be a delay of more than one week we will dispatch part of your order immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra delivery charge. We only collect payment for items as dispatched and carriage will be payed only on the first part of the order.
Bike Orders
All bikes are serviced prior to dispatch and delivered via next working day delivery courier free within the mainland UK. Servicing does take time and although we aim to dispatch all bikes ordered before 12 mid day the same working day sometimes this is not always possible. We will contact you should there be any delay.
