We don’t make you pay more for priority service!

Unlike many other websites we don’t charge you more for priority service, we treat all orders the same with our aim being to get your goods to you as soon as we can!

All in stock items will be sent immediately with any out of stock items forwarded to you as soon as we receive them at no additional carriage cost. If any items are expected to take more then 10 days for despatch we’ll let you know.

Bicycle Orders

Every bike we supply is given a full service and safety inspection before being safely repacked ready for dispatch.
We aim to send out all bikes ordered before 12pm the same day, however servicing does take time and sometimes this is not always possible. We will contact you should there be any delay.


Delivery charges

Mainland UK

Free delivery on all orders over £50 within the mainland UK.
All orders up to £49.99 are charged a standard rate of £3.95.

Free courier delivery on all bikes, frames and wheels within the mainland UK.

EU Countries

All orders to EU countries will be charged at £12.95 regardless of value.
All bikes, frames and wheels charged at a standard rate £65 and delivered via courier.

EU Countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Rest of the world

All orders to international non EU countries charged at £17.95 regardless of value.
A carriage quotation for bikes, frames and wheels will be provided on an individual basis prior to processing your order.


We reserve the right to charge additional postage on heavy or bulky items. If additional carriage costs are applicable we will email you with the revised delivery details for your authorisation prior to processing your order.
